Why Nine Weeks? Why not 2 Months or 3 Months? Why this Seemingly Random Length?

Nine weeks isn’t an accident.

Across nearly every spiritual and philosophical tradition, nine represents completion, integration, and the moment when something becomes ready to emerge.

Human beings gestate in nine-month cycles.

The nervous system shifts on nine-week arcs.

Chinese medicine, Vedic philosophy, Kabbalah, Buddhism, Celtic and Norse teachings, all treat nine as the number of transformation.

This program follows that same rhythm.

Nine weeks gives your body, mind, emotions, and spirit the space to soften, unravel, integrate, and come home to themselves, without rushing, forcing, or bypassing.
