The Unforgetting Project is a 9-week live transformational experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, soften your defenses, release old patterns, and return to your authentic self

It blends functional wisdom, somatic practices, emotional exploration, and spiritual self-discovery in a supportive group container.

This is not a protocol.

It is not information-only.

It is a lived, embodied journey home to yourself.

No.

This program is not medical care, medical advice, or a substitute for evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional.

Enrolling in this program does not create a doctor–patient relationship with me, even if you are already a patient at The Spring Center.

I will not be diagnosing, treating, prescribing, or managing medical conditions in this container.

This is transformational, educational, and experiential work — not clinical care.

No. This program is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.

We explore emotions, patterns, somatic signals, and the inner landscape — but this is not psychotherapy, nor is it a replacement for it.

Participants are encouraged to continue any existing therapeutic or medical support while engaging in this program.

No.

You cannot use health insurance to pay for The Unforgetting Project. It is not considered medical care and cannot be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.

Possibly.

Some HSA/FSA plans allow funds to be used for educational or wellness programs that support health goals, but approval varies by plan.

You will need to check with your specific HSA/FSA provider to see if they will reimburse or allow payment for a transformational wellness program.

We are happy to provide a receipt, but we cannot guarantee approval.

Yes.

Every session is recorded, and you will have access to full video replays so you can watch or review at your own pace.

While attending live offers the richest experience, replays ensure you never fall behind.

Each session is approximately 2 hours, though some may run slightly longer depending on the depth of group sharing.

You are not required to speak in the large group.

Many participants begin quietly and share more as they feel safe.

Trio work is done in small groups of three and tends to feel intimate, supportive, and very safe.

Your participation will always honor your boundaries and comfort level.

You can watch the full replay, follow the handouts and practices, and rejoin the following week with ease.

You’ll need:

  • A dedicated journal
  • A quiet, private space
  • Headphones for privacy
  • Stable internet with video on
  • A handheld mirror for Week 3
  • Enough room to move or dance during some sessions
  • Your curiosity, openness, and willingness to explore

No.

This program is spiritual, not religious.

You will be invited to explore your own inner wisdom, your own connection, your own truth.

All faith backgrounds (and none at all) are welcome.

You will have access to a private WhatsApp group where you can connect with other participants, share experiences, ask questions, and receive support from a like-hearted community.

This space is held with compassion, confidentiality, and respect.

I want you to feel safe saying yes.

If after attending the first or second live session you feel that this program is not the right fit, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.

After Session Two, refunds are no longer available because the group container is established and the deeper work begins.

Yes.

You may choose:

  • Pay in full: $997
  • Two payments of $550
  • Three payments of $400

Choose the option that feels aligned and supportive.

This is a group program, not private medical or coaching sessions. While I will be guiding each class, offering teachings, responding to group sharings, and supporting the collective process, there is no individual clinical or therapeutic care provided. Please add to what is already there. If you are interested in a one-on-one experience please see the information on the Unforgetting Journey.

No.

This program is meant to enhance your healing, not replace medical providers, therapists, or mental health support.

If you have active medical conditions or significant emotional challenges, please continue working with your appropriate healthcare professionals.

Yes, as long as you understand that this is not medical care and does not involve diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice.

You will be participating as a member of the group, not as a patient.

Current Spring Center patients are eligible for a discount.  You will have received a discount code in an email or portal message, but use that code when you check out in order to receive the discounted rate.  In this instance, there is only a pay in full and 2 payment option.

This program is designed for all levels — including complete beginners.

If your heart is calling you toward this work, you are already ready.

That is normal.

Most people who join this program are a little nervous… and a lot brave.

You will be held with care, respect, compassion, and safety every step of the way.

Being brave doesn’t mean you aren’t afraid, it means that you face your fears and you do it anyway.
